Simple, flat pricing per walk — no surge pricing, no hidden fees.

How pricing works

• PawPal charges one flat, platform-wide price for a 30-minute walk and one for a 60-minute walk — every walker charges the same amount for the same length walk, so there's no negotiation or surprise pricing.
• The exact current rate for each walk length is shown in the app before you confirm and pay for a booking, and again on your receipt.
• The price you see at checkout is the full amount charged — there are no additional platform or convenience fees added afterward.
• Each booking covers one dog per walk.

Payment

Payment is collected securely at the time of booking through Razorpay, using UPI, cards, net banking, or wallets. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for how refunds are calculated if a booking is cancelled.
